Migration is a challenge that requires bold yet pragmatic responses if we are to ensure peace, freedom and prosperity in Europe. A fair migration policy involving clear legal channels and the sharing of responsibility based on solidarity within the EU can achieve this, while preserving dignity and opportunities for all. What approach is Germany taking to shaping its migration policy? What impact does this have on EU border states such as Greece? This talk will explore the factors influencing the current discussion on migration policy in Europe, and their implications for Greece.
